55 mm heavy-duty PET preforms are specially injection molded for blow molding large-capacity disposable and semi-reusable water jugs, widely applied to 12L, 18.9L standard 5-gallon water bottles.
We provide six mature standard neck constructions to fit different plastic caps and match all mainstream blow molding equipment. All raw materials adopt food-grade virgin PET, safe for drinking water packaging.

Standard disposable water jug neck, matched with 55mm snap-on one-time plastic caps.

2. Pressure Neck With Support Ring
Reinforced snap neck with integrated support ring structure, effectively avoid neck crack during transportation and daily use. Designed for heavy-duty disposable large water jugs.

3. Short Thread
Short thread structure suitable for both disposable and semi-reusable water containers, compatible with matched composite short thread screw caps.

4. Long Thread
Extended long thread design for repeated use semi-reusable jugs. Thread meshing is tight and stable, ensuring reliable sealing after frequent opening and closing.

5. Fine Thread
Fine pitch thread specially customized to match 55mm fine thread screw caps, enabling smooth, effortless cap twisting and perfect sealing effect.

Special high neck structural design, compatible with non-standard blow molding production lines and dedicated supporting cap systems, for special customized water jug projects.
