With more than 30 years of dedicated focus on food grade packaging manufacturing, Brotherpack specializes in five core packaging categories: food bottle, cosmetics, healthcare, daily chemical and personal care product packaging, providing one-stop, end-to-end packaging solutions for global brands. Our full-service capabilities cover original product design, custom mold development, precision injection molding, high-efficiency blow molding, as well as integrated printing, labeling and surface spraying finishing, fulfilling diverse customized packaging demands from concept to finished products.
We operate a standardized 20,000-square-meter modern production base with a professional team of 150 employees, among which technical R&D and quality control personnel account for 40% of the total workforce, supported by a group of technical backbones with over 10 years of in-depth industry experience. Equipped with a Class 100,000 dust-free clean workshop, we strictly implement ISO international quality management standards. Every production procedure, from raw material incoming inspection and processing to finished product testing and delivery, is completed in a sterile, clean and controllable environment, fully complying with strict food-contact safety specifications and high-end packaging quality requirements for cosmetics and health products.
We have introduced 80 sets of advanced production equipment, including precision injection molding machines, high-speed CNC machining equipment, full-electric blow molding production lines and multi-color printing systems. We deliver full-process technical support ranging from creative packaging design and high-precision mold development to diversified post-surface processing. Up to now, we have independently developed 5,000 sets of functional molds for complex-structured packaging bottles, enabling us to cater to high-standard surface treatment and customized packaging needs of premium brands.
Adhering to reliable quality and professional service, we have established long-term stable strategic partnerships with more than 20 well-known domestic and foreign brands, including HENKEL, PROYA, MARY KAY and INFINITUS.
