Absolutely. We offer full OEM & ODM services. You can customize capacity from 100ml to 500ml, choose any Pantone color, and add your brand logo via silk screen printing, heat transfer or label sticker. Custom molds are also available for unique shapes.
Yes. The screw cap with flip-top nozzle features a threaded sealing structure and a silicone gasket inside, ensuring no leakage during transport, storage and daily use. We conduct drop tests and pressure tests on every batch before shipment.
For stock colors without custom logo, the MOQ is 1,000 pcs. For custom color or logo printing, the MOQ is 5,000 pcs. For custom mold / unique shape, the MOQ is 10,000 pcs. Small trial orders can be discussed case by case.
Stock samples can be shipped within 3-5 days. Custom logo samples take 7-10 days. Custom mold samples take 15-20 days. Bulk production lead time is 15-25 days after deposit and artwork confirmation. Rush orders can be accommodated with prior notice.
We accept T/T (30% deposit, 70% before shipment), L/C at sight, and Western Union for sample fees. Shipping options include sea freight (FOB/CIF/DDP), air freight, and express courier (DHL/FedEx/UPS) for small orders. We can also ship to your nominated forwarder.
The bottles withstand temperatures from -20°C to 100°C, suitable for most hot-fill sauce products (below 90°C). However, we do not recommend dishwasher use for printed bottles as high heat and detergent may affect the logo. Hand wash with warm water is recommended.
